Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to 360 Kennel, operated by Plyntr LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using 360 Kennel on the web or in a native app, you agree to these Terms.

360 Kennel is software for dog breeders and kennel operators to manage animals, care, customers, and related records. Features may change as we improve the product. Optional integrations (Square, Stripe, MyPuppies) are provided by those companies under their own terms.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your login and staff logins you invite.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You may delete your account in Settings. Owners delete the kennel data associated with that account; staff can remove their own login.

You retain rights to the data and files you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only to operate 360 Kennel for you. You must have the right to upload photos and personal data of customers and animals you manage. Do not use 360 Kennel for illegal activity or to store data you are not allowed to process.

• Buyer payments (puppies, boarding, etc.): when you connect Square or Stripe, money goes to your processor account. Fees and disputes are between you and that processor.
• Software subscription: 360 Kennel platform billing (if applicable) is charged under our pricing and paid via Stripe on the web. In-app purchase is not required for real-world goods or services you sell to your customers.

You agree not to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service; not to probe systems without permission; and not to resell 360 Kennel as if you were the operator without our written consent.

360 Kennel is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the software will meet every operational need of your kennel. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plyntr LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from use of 360 Kennel. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the software in the three months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

You may stop using 360 Kennel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
